I am planning that “the” WinFE WinBuilder will be available before Christmas, for Christmas. So far, it works wonderfully, but there are a few tweaks to be added to make it really able to create the Super WinFE ISO without having to spend any time running batch files or typing in commands in a DOS shell.
There are a few other things to be added after the New Year, like Colin Ramsden’s work, but that is coming up as well. So, if you have procrastinated all this time to build a WinFE CD/USB, the wait is nearly over.
How cool is it to build your own custom forensically sound boot CD (in a Windows OS…) with a few clicks? It is just plain cool. This is quick and easy, quite super actually.

Anyone know where I may find it?? can build a normal WinPE but need forensic capability.

Basically it just makes sure disks are not written to, and adds in the FTK tool if available.

You beat me to the punch
@ tony.callaghan7025 + All WinFE users.
Sorry I haven't been able to upload/update the WinFE.script as I have been involved with selling/moving my home.
What a sad realization it has been with the state of the U.S. economy, I suppose it could have been worse though.
As of the 19th of this month it should all be finalized and behind me.
In between moving boxes and all that (fun stuff)
I plan to update the WinFE.script with some new additions/tools.
Also JFX has posted a script for VSS which could add signifigantly to forensic abilitities = (Untested with WinFE)
The same version that sbaeder has posted can be found here with a few minor improvements.
Please note that this version is untested in the new Winbuilder v082
When the updated script is finalized and tested I will post in the forums
and the updated script can be found at the above link.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
