As widely reknown, experiments with so-called tin-foil hats provided grounds for serious doubts about their effectiveness, i.e. NOT guaranteeing enough protection.

It should be normally available.

3M Velostat, Part number 1706, .006" 6 mils thick (.006") 2 square yards or 3M Velostat, Part number 1704, 4 mils thick (.004" ) 3 square yards. Some suppliers may ask for the manufacturer's part number which is: 054007-34570 for Velostat 1706.

You may also use a similar material, LINQSTAT, which is made in Canada. It is available in the same thickness as Velostat.

I could only read more closely your link after arriving home. At the moment I'm a bit distressed with this statement:

Since you cannot encrypt the data in your brain before completely forgetting them, there is a risk that these data can be read by someone, and anyway someone could enter your mind and induce you to do something you may later regret, you know:

No, rest assured, a number of Spanish people do wear protective headgear as well, only they don't go around babbling about them...
