I have an Acer notebook with password protected BIOS where is not possible to boot from CD.

I spent enough time trying to boot an Ubuntu CD from an usb pen-drive with Grub4dos in a Laptop and PC Pentium III.

After a lot of reading, finally I found this little and heavy post. :confused1:

1- Thank you ndiamond for selecting a good title.

2- Thank you tinybit for putting immediately a concise, clear and accurate answer.

3- Thank you Wonko for suggesting PLoP.

4- Thank you so much to the PLoP's developer.

I was amaze how easily the PLoP boot-manager integrates with Grub4dos.
