i am doing that:
1.lexar usb (boot it flip removable bit)- windows sees it as normal hdd.

2.virtualbox=
VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename c:\usb\usbx.vmdk -rawdisk \\.\PhysicalDrive6

3.insert windows dvd 7 installation dvd

4.waiting (white stripe, windows is loading files) - animated logo is shown, nothing more happening why ?
