By "cd img" you mean a "cd iso" ?
By convention, usually:
- Floppy disk images use the extension .ima
- HD images use the extension .img
- CD (ISO) images use extension .iso
Though there are (non-freeware) ISO editing tools it is generally NOT recommended to fiddle with them, as a PE boot CD is "delicate" and you may break some functionalities of it.
It is advised to add the file to the source (please read as "target" in this case
) and rebuild the .iso.
