The one with the boot flag, usually number 2 on Windows setup dvd's.The boot.wim of Windows 7 disk contains 2 images.Which image is booted?
Is the default action winpeshl.exe does if there is no winpeshl.ini.How does this version of WinPE load setup.exe?There are no entries in winpeshl.ini or startnet.cmd for setup.exe .
