I've heard it can be done (QEMU from DOS) via the HX DOS Extender.. but, never got far myself. Nuno I think had a disk image that booted into DOS with the proper HX stuff loaded. Anyone know of such a disk?

Just create a freedos based disk, add a extended memory support, CD-ROM drivers and burn it as an ISO, adding qemu and the image you wish to emulate inside your DOS ISO.
Perhaps I create a project for this test when I get some free time - sorry, just been a bit busy lately..
