Hi guys,

I've been able to successfully create a Win7 USB boot drive using a combination of the methods (mostly Karyonix's) on this site.

However, I'm having some trouble getting it to work successfully on a machine with nVidia SATA. I can successfully boot only once on this machine, then every time after I restart I get the dreaded 7B Mass Storage stop error. The USB image still boots fine on other machines, it's only the one with the nVidia SATA that it stops working on.

Any ideas what I could do to get this working again?

Thanks,

Greg.

Did you try the karyonix's batch file in post #153?

You need to run it when it booted successfully on one machine, then boot on the one having problem.

Do you mean the storagebootstart.bat fix one? Yes I have run this, and on this particular machine it makes no difference.

It's running an AMD processor if that makes any difference?

Thanks,

Greg.
