Formatting large usb drives

This is my first time in this forum let me see how much professional you people are, drive is definetly good.
Well, I don't think we actually need to show our presumed professionality.
However there is NOT one reason in the world why the built in Windows utilities cannot Partition and format a 128 Gb hard disk, USB or not.
There is a known limit to 32 Gb size partitions for FAT32 under Windows 2K/XP:

You will need to give us more details on what you are trying to do, as your current request misses any meaningful detail needed to help you properly.

P.S. If you find a problem - please describe what the problem is - I only found the problem in RMPrepUSB when formatting a USb 100GB HDD as FAT32 - if you had told me about the problem earlier I could have fixed it earlier.
