Thanks a lot for noticing, I guess correct lines should be:
FileCopy,%BootSRC%\Windows\inf\*.*,%Target_Win%\inf
FileCopy,%BootSRC%\Windows\system32\drivers\*.*,%Target_Sys%\drivers
FileCopy,%BootSRC%\Windows\system32\driverstore\*.*,%Target_Sys%\driverstore
v23 now at server, please check
