Why not using HX-DOS to run Win32 console apps under DOS and then try miso.exe from magicISO:

http://www.japheth.de/HX.html

http://www.magiciso....iso-creator.htm

Not sure if this can also be done from cdrecord open source binaries compiled for plain DOS:

http://cdrecord.berl...e/cdrecord.html

Hope this helps.. :P

To add to this, 7-zip has successfully been used in Dos with the help of HX-Loader. So assuming the console version of 7-zip can extract the .iso file just like the GUI can, that should work also.
