Thanks, NightMan.

These(vistape005_free and vistape005_en) are working well on VMWare 5.5.3 & v-pc 2007 beta.

- No working ( Some: Total Commander, Opera-NoNetwork, ..... )

Q1) " 2. Copy Total Commander to "Pojects\VistaPE\App\File Tools\TC"
and select TC script (recommend) " => Please tell in details.

Q2) When can we see the next version and what features will it have ?

Hi all
Nice work on WinPE 2.0

I have a question:
Is the interface in VistaPE the new Windows Vista interface (3D, Aero style, etc.)
If it is...
Could it be made to run in Windows XP?
Something like Vista's Explorer inside Windows XP (not Win PE, but full installed XP)

That would be nice...

I don't have the time, bandwith or computer power to download and play with WinPE 2.0 or AWAIK, so I'm asking here

Not possible like in "hard wired into the very fabric of Windows Vista"
Or like "noone has ever done it before"
Or like "someone (from MS) said it can't be done"?

It would be COOL if it worked

If you would like to do, try it.

1. Take both explorer.exe from Vista and XP.
2. Check dependencies and modules on each one.
3. Compare and contrast with Hex and or Reverse Engineering.

It could be repaired after all. :P
