How include Hirens BootCD with VistaPE?

For many special purpose Hirens BootCD is usefull too. I see that it is possible, to compile VistaPE with a little Linux.. How could i compile Hirens BootCD with VistaPE?

You only need to edit the grub list and add the new iso to load - look inside the respective scripts to learn from their example

How can you load an iso with grub4dos? From other postings I understood that this is not possible.
