The damn thing costs money!
Why not use the free TinyVNC or UltraVNC?

TightVNC is as the name suggests smaller and aims at slow systems with a slow connection.
UltraVNC has some more features and has a more polished GUI, but also has slightly higher requirements. Like needing for the web front end the JAVA SDK while TightVNC can work with just M$ Java.

PS:
Something i do is mix TightVNC and UltraVNC.
As long as you stick to the common features, you can mix each viewer with each server, that includes of course RealVNC too.

UltraVNC is especialy good for support as you can create a '1 click exe' that your costumer only have to start to give you access to their machines and since they initiated the connection, Router and Windows firewall are no problem.
