The new ISOLINUX 4.02 isn't supported by grub4dos atm.
Time to update the signature again or time for a chainloader --isolinux switch:

Thanks! It worked, but I had to use a hex editor to edit the last bits of grldr and change:

[codebox]configfile /BOOT/GRUB/MENU.LST[/codebox] to: [codebox]configfile /boot/grub/menu.lst[/codebox] otherwise it wouldn't find the file.
The previous version (grub4dos V0.4.4 2009-10-16) had all lowercase for the above section in the embedded menu.
