VistaPE Boot Hangs when ghost imgs added to custom

Its a bare build ( although it booted with all options checked before )
Im using vista ultimate 32 from a folder copied to the root of E:
Winbuilder exists in a folder in root of E:
Custom folder located there-in.
vistape is 12 beta 3 with packaged winbuilder.
Im not using the grub 4 dos ( although even with it, the disc still does not boot with ghost image included )
One last note, the ghost image makes the ISO 980 megs however the ghost images ( 2 of the ) total 4.7 gigs by themselves. This iso is to be burned on a dual layer dvd however im simply using daemon tools to emulate a cd drive and virtual pc 2007 to test the image.
If you need any more information just ask. Hope to get this resolved today =)

This contains the ghost exe files needed but not the big image. (this was tested as a working compile) Size of ISO is 246 mb which is about right.
the html log was too big to attach and the html code is too long to post so here is a hosted site with the log available.
so far only the first link ( the one that corresponds to this post is active, the other 3 will be active within the next hour as i post those. )

just a thought but because the file size of the ghost image is 4 gigs for the first file and 800 megs for the second file, the file format needed would have to be UDF instead of ISO, however the mkiso function i assume would have auto-detected that unless the iso packer you use doesnt understand that distinction... i will try and use a third part iso creator and pack the target folder using that, however i will have to make a compilation before-hand without the ghost images to get the bootimage.img that corresponds with the settings im attempting to make, then add in the ghost images seperately to the target folder.
just some thoughts but will try that next.

Secondly, the PE image is pretty particular as to where on the disk BCD is located, and it does this by folder so if you are going to add alot of custom files to the Custom\VistaPE-Core\ dir its recomended that you create another dir inside that one starting with Z so in my case im adding ghost images mine looks like this.
Custom\VistaPE-Core\ximgs\current\ghostimage.gho
the extra directory , the current dir , is also another way of pushing the images to the end of the disk. it helps to ensure success.
that is all.

I have the same problem and this is my probe list:
I have windows xp sp2 in a pc and xp sp3 in other, but i have the same problem in both.
- Vistape 11 cannot copy files over 4 Gb. In the log file you'll see a message about this error (i cant find information about this "bug"). Then I have spanned ghost image in 950 Mbs files (i saw it in: http://www.boot-land...?...st&id=6358) and rebuild the image. Now there arent problems in log file but it does not work neither
- I had reinstalled WAIK but it did not work
- I had installed vistape 12 and it didnt work
- I had openned bare building and have added ghost image with Ghost Explorer, MagicISO and PowerISO but it showed CRC errors
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance

- I have renamed my ghost image because Mkisofs tool do an alfabetic sorting of the files so it assigned to my files a LBA lower than boot.wim, so my boot.wim had a LBA too high to be bootable.
- I have spanned ghost image in 950 Mbs files
Now, it works!
