The projects ISO2SFX and CDA2SFX have evolved in a single program:

Cd and AudioCd Self Burning Application Helper

or, if you prefer,

Cmd to Assemble a Self Burning Archive (A to G really sucked, H )

Just feed it either:
a standard .iso image
a .cue (and a .wav) audio file made with EAC:
http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/
a .cue (and a .bin) audio file made with CDRWIN:
http://www.goldenhawk.com/

And the result will be a self-extracting, self-burning .exe, VERY handy to send a CD image to your "technically impaired" friends.

ImgBurn is excellent.

I've tried a few smaller CD/DVD burn programs but this was the only one with very stable results.
