Not sure where to post such a topic, so I hope I've chosen correctly...

I've had to revert back from BuildModel version 041 to 040. Shortcuts with parameters of a certain sort are not being generated correctly. For some reason this
Run,%BuildModelScript%,Add-ShortCut,"SM\System","#$pProgramFiles#$p\Runscanner\Runscanner.exe","Remote Regedit","/SP:/t#$s0#$s#$q#$p1#$q"
does not generate correctly. The parameter /t is being changed to -t.

With version 040, shortcut generation is fine.

Regards,
Galapo.

Hi,

I have read the Help on BuildModel.exe. I cannot get the icon to display properly with the following code:

Run,%BuildModelScript%,Add-Shortcut,"AU","#$pSystemRoot#$p\system32\Configure Taisoft USB.au3","Configure Taisoft USB","/SF:#$pSystemRoot#$p\System32\shell32.dll#$s/SI:6"

Any help appreciated,
niche99
BTW: the example in the BuildModel help shows -SF instead of /SF, confusing, I've tried both with no success.

Try to replace the spaces by #$s!

switches are allowed with / and -, upper and lower case.

Thanks, niche99.

You found an until now unknown bug

(Hopefully) fixed: buildModel.Script version 051
