Update Woes

I have just done a complete clean redownload of the nativeEx project (core included). The BootSDI script now produces the following error
..Temp\nativeEx_barebone\BuildModel.exe cannot be found.
Must admit to becoming a little discouraged that each time I update, I have to spend time gettings things to work again. This is the main reason I don't use WinBuilder in a serious fashion.
Here's my log, sigh.
BTW: clicking on a script log entry produces an access violation.

Have you also started this project from a clean folder? - not usually needed but helps when debugging possible issues and conflicts with older settings and files.
Good luck!

For some reason the BootSDI script seems to think I don't have the correct Win2003 files. I have extracted the 3 necessary files from Windows 2003 Service Pack 1. I have told the script where to find these files. It still thinks I don't have the correct files. Can this be fixed, it was working before the update. I think it checks file sizes, can this check be disabled if the user is providing the files.

You shouldnt be discourage. Remember that we are still updating the foundation from where we are building things and trying to make things better and easier for all users. In that regard we can expect changes for the time being and with user support we can try to fix any problems that new methods might bring to the older experience. I know we want quick gratification when doing something but sometimes that is not possible without your communities help.Hi,

I just read your other post where you helped solve the problem.
