Hi all,
I need to know how it is possible to add a folder in the root of my ISO
If I edit with ultraiso, my cd won't boot
I need to insert an autorun file with some directories

Look on the finish scripts of your project.
Unselect all scripts from this folder because they will create an ISO and run it in qemu.
All you need to do after this is creating your project then go to where the target files are placed - usually it's %basedir%\Target\LiveXP (%basedir% is where you start winbuilder.exe)
Place all your files inside, then go back to wb and run the previously disabled scripts.
First create the ISO file, then run it in qemu to see the results.

I guess another possibility would be to use the option 'Use custom folder' in '2 - MakeDirs.Script' in the Build folder. This method has the advantage that the complete build process does not have to be interrupted and manually continued.thank you a lot

Here was a post by member forkart, which, after being deleted for SPAMMING the board, re-enlisted.
Now he is again deleted, and additionally, no new member submission with nick "forkart" will be accepted and the mail address he gave is also banned.
At least he will need another name and mail address to be able to spam the board.

This is one of the reason why I had mentiond continuously in previous posts that this single option should be in its own script. Small size should not matter. Reason being is that it is to hidden and it is one of the options people look for. Similar to changing the background to ones liking, and the resolution, and similar things. This is also another reason why I asked also for the boot up message to be in its own seperate script also. Mainly because people want their own boot message, so they will look for the BooMessage Script to change it. Since they dont see it they will ask where or how it can be changed. I know these are cosmetic things but user friendlyness is what we are striving for.
I not even remembered there is this possibility!

Sorry Hive, but i have to disagree. Giving every feature it's own script will clutter the tree view, till noone will be able to find anything.
But i would back up the idea of organizing features more based on common logic, than on the developer who thought of it.
Maybe even a seperate script with the most sought after settings and features. ?
Unfortunately my ideas would require that someone takes charge and releases some guidelines for scripts and projects.
The chance of that ever happening is zero imo, since this forum seems to thrive on chaos and really really dislikes rules.
But i would back up the idea of organizing features more based on common logic, than on the developer who thought of it.
Maybe even a seperate script with the most sought after settings and features. ?

As you saw even our own developer forgot that the option was available but I have read a couple of posts where the same question is brought up on how to add a folder with personal stuff onto the CD. Only 2 or 4 things that I have recommend to be in its own single script. And the reason is as ive posted above. The first thing people want to do is change wallper, add extra stuff to folder, change boot up message, change RAM drive size.Sorry Hive, but i have to disagree. I already tried some times ago to include some project important options in the Fundamentals.Script.
I think, the script could contain more options.
But I do not feel to have enough competence to decide which ones.
