Hiren's 15.2 restored Mac Bootcamp - bootable into Hiren's

We have Hiren's 15.2 USB made per these instructions -http://www.hiren.inf...tcd-on-usb-disk .

 

We have been able to boot the USB stick on a Mac system with it and also on a PC system - both systems see it as a bootable device.  However when we try to boot a bootcamp MAC with it it is not seen as a bootable USB.  However it is recognized from within the Windows VM.  Anybody who could help us figure out what we are doing wrong/what we need to do please provide feedback.
