Is it possible to run an application in unmodified 'boot.wim' environment using Autounattend.xml ?

I want to run 'InstallWhim.exe' in the WinPE Startup. But I don't want to edit 'Winpeshl.ini' or 'startnet.cmd' to run an application. is it possible to run 'InstallWhim.exe' (which is located in the root of USB Drive) at the starting of 'boot.wim' environment using 'Autounattend.xmll' or 'unattend.xml' ?

Yes - but only if the USB drive is a removable drive and the WinPE that you are booting to runs WPEInit.exe (which vanilla MS boot.wims do).

If you run Easy2Boot and a Windows 8/10 Install ISO - boot it to Setup and then look at the \AutoUnattend.xml file on the E2B USB drive, you will see an example of how to run a .cmd file from an unmodified ISO/boot.wim.

This sounds curious. You actually can run executable thru setup.exe or thru autounattended.xml?

WinPE runs WPEInit.exe which looks for a XML file on Removable media.

If you have the XML file on a Removable USB flash drive and it has the correct Run section, then you can make boot.wim run anything.

Well, according to microsoft it looks for "Unattended.xml" and "Autounattended..xml" (there's a media version xml also at windows 10 and some WDS xml from "source\"-path).
