Try Easy2Boot.

Use RMPrepUSB to prepare the hard disk and be sure to tick the Setttings - List Hard Disks.

Must be something wrong with the hard disk or the system BIOS you are testing with. Copying files does not normally make a drive unbootable.

OK, but bear in mind that Easy2Boot is designed to work as an external USB drive, so some things might not work - e.g. installing an OS, etc. because the SATA E2B drive will be 'seen' by the installer as boot drive and therefore you may get boot code installed onto the E2B drive if you try to run installer ISOs, etc!

Oook ty! but i need it only for acronis and clonezilla service, so i don't need to install any OS :)

in the next week i try it to clone HD (with acronis and clonezilla) and restore it ^_^

now i try to install Windows7 just for test.. i wrote here the result :)

Probably your E2B drive won't boot now either.

To fix the E2B drive - use RMPrepUSB and click on Install grub4dos to MBR

To fix the win 7 OS, boot from a Win 7 DVD or USb E2B drive and Repair  (or run bcdboot).
