Hey all, trying to build an image using NativeEX and 0.69b4 with the latest scripts. Explorer.script version is 26.

I have been able to build all previous images on my XP-x64 workstation until now. shortcutWinExp.exe crashes during a build and does the same when running it from command line after extracting from script.

May be able to provide some debug info if needed but I am dead in the water trying to build scripts with 69b4 until this can be fixed.

Thanks!

Can you post your resulting log to see the details behind the build?

Were any errors outputed?

:confused1:

Please try to build with a fresh download of nativeEx_barebone.
If that runs, I need Temp\Shortcuts of the 'old' project.
If it crashes, too, I need Temp\Shortcuts of the 'new' project.

Odd, only happens on occasion now... for some reason the \temp\shortcuts directory gets locked and you can't do anything to it until WB is restarted.

I'll look into it some more.

Well, this looks to be related to another problem listed here. The error occurs when the %shortcutsdir% directory becomes locked. After closing and reopening WB, I can successfully build.
