No direct site license link?

Maybe I'm a bit stupid, but I can find the site license only by a search for "license in title".

IMO that should be accessable from the home page, maybe across "About"

Nor where someone without the badge can apply for permission (and to whom) and what does he/she gets in exchange, a COA; a written license, getting listed in a publicly accessible "hall of fame" or "list of Authorized Dealers", what?

well that license does not define many of the used terms like:

• comunity member
• end-user
• official developer
• developer not officially associated

etc

anyway I think these days the site is facing some serious update/upgrade then probably the link to that license is not really very important at the moment right?

On the contrary, without new developments/ideas/projects/whatever and with the board working half-@§§edly (for whatever reason) what else one could use his/her time for?
It's just like when outside it's raining and your TV and Internet connection is down, and you are alone, what better occasion to clean/tidy up the basement or the garage ?

BTW, traditionally the idea of setting a number of priorities and try solving them first has always been considered on the board to be a too mechanicistic approach, somehow limiting the artistic creativity potentials of the community,

Sure , you know, once upon a time places like these were called "Discussion Boards".
The good thing about freedom and democracy is that anyone can post an opinion and everyone else is perfectly free to disagree with it and with everything else.

The "site license", "as is" is just a meaningless babbling void of any actual "contents" unless the points coder (more seriously) and yours truly (admittedly much more jokingly ) remarked aren't clearly explained.

As a matter of fact it is a good thing it cannot be found by anyone, and no software is actually released under it, IMHO.
