I know that the newsletter is being sent as I've received several copies at my inbox from some accounts that I registered with my email address.
Are you receiving any other messages whatsoever from reboot?

There was an unusual delivery delay in the delivery of newsletter mail. I received it in my inbox around three hours after reporting the issue.

Since your account number is around 40 000 then you have to wait around 6 hours until it arrives on your inbox.

It is normal as the site only delivers 100 newsletters per minute and older members get the message first.
Since your account number is around 40 000 then you have to wait around 6 hours until it arrives on your inbox.
So, member was_jaclaz shold have a distinctive advantage over new members....
I wonder if he could use this (something like futures trading or the like).
To be fair, the newsletter addresses should be piped through a randomizer of some sort.....

Not really needed:
Normal pseudo-random is more than enough for the intended scope (and for most anything else, INCLUDING dice rolls and lottery drawings, in practice).Perhaps you have wondered how predictable machines like computers can generate randomness. In reality, most random numbers used in computer programs are pseudo-random, which means they are a generated in a predictable fashion using a mathematical formula. This is fine for many purposes, but it may not be random in the way you expect if you're used to dice rolls and lottery drawings.
It is true that:
but with any pseudo-random generator, having only one generation per week, you will have anyway enough weeks available before anyone detects a pattern. The generation of random numbers is too important to be left to chance
Please also note that the fact that a pattern is detected does not inficiate the distribution of results. (which is what is needed to be "fair")
