Hi Just wondering what you guys use to clean junk off a PC. I would like to use Ccleaner but booting from Direct ISO map as a portable app all it ever scans is the X: drive! which is no good.
Whats a better option guys? Thanks"

Try this one: http://www.mediafire...61yyd83ctmdmqk8

If launched from PE, runs via runscanner to clean host machine. It knows whether you're running from PE or Windows and acts accordingly. You only need the ini file if you want shortcuts created in PE ;)

awesomeness - I know there's a lot of scripts out there but relly portable seems the way for ward - I notice some of the apps in the portable apps sections are quite old now - will they get up dated?
or is it more a case of "make your own" and add an ini file.
Has there been much in the way of Anti Virus portable? I updated the standard avast from within winbuilder but it broke - iconless short cut and an error on short - I was hoping to ditch that and get maybe 2 portable anti virs
to take over - dont ask much do i lol - thanks all the same!

Look here http://reboot.pro/4111/ for latest (and older) portable apps (ppApps) collections and updates :)

Yes! I'll put a new section (or new tutorial) on how to make your own if wanted but it's pretty simple, just look at existing packages for ideas.

In the packages you'll find some nice ones, more on the way ;)

PE 3x is supposed to support wireless better; I need to test this more when I get a chance.

I've created all sorts of junk cleaners for my system personally. Applications and scripts, but it depends on what you want to clean from your system. Could easily create one yourself in batch for a quick solution.
