System Wide Hotkeys
Automatic starting, some hotkeys are already defined (see screenshot), possible to add your own hotkeys in the script interface.
Ctrl+Alt+H list all hotkeys.
I have developped this script for Win7PE_SE.
The HotKey "Shutdown (with CD/DVD-Eject)" is implemented as an AutoIt3-script, because Win7PE_SE has built-in AutoIt3 support.
I don't know if other projects also have built-in AutoIt3 support, if not, you have to search for a working script for that.
