USB Flash + SYSLINUX 4.04 + Windows XP SP 3 Setup. HELPPP!!!

I`ve created a bootable FAT32 USB flash with

syslinux.exe -m -a M:

command

Text from /syslinux.cfg

LABEL s_wxp

MENU LABEL Run Windows Setup

COM32 /boot/isolinux/modules/chain.c32

APPEND ntldr=/I386/SETUPLDR.BIN

In this case PC seemply reboots
When i put "NTDETECT.COM" to "/" the system shows txtsetup is missing

Help me PLZ to solve my problem.

Try:

LABEL s_wxp

MENU LABEL Run Windows Setup

COM32 /boot/isolinux/modules/chain.c32

APPEND fs ntldr=/I386/SETUPLDR.BIN

the same result...
may be i am missing something? shold i put NTDETECT.com to the root of my flash?

how can i fix the problem?
