Due to introduction of FBWF_native.script, I made some changes:
  • Verify
    • (FBWF_native.script) Warning, if FBWF_native.script is selected
and there is no FBWF going to be installed
    • (CreateISO.Script) Warning, if FBWF is going to be installed
and the source CD language is different from English
      and FBWF_native.script is unselected
This behaviour can be switched off by a new checkbox in CreateISO.Script
  • !Fundamentals.Script
    • Because now Verify checks %SourceLocale% (until now defined in HivesFactory.Script), the changed !Fundamentals.Script defines %SourceLocale%

Some other important fixes are done.

Now with 'all' sencefull combinations of
  • German, English, Turkish source CD
  • With and w/o FBWF
  • With and w/o EarlyStarter
  • With and w/o Imdisk RamDrive
  • With and w/o MMC
The result:
  • Build is w/o errors / warnings
  • PE boots error free
  • Shortcuts are visible and work
(with Turkish there are still some questions about non-ASCII path names, I want to solve next days)
The list of changed scripts / versions is too large to mention here. Maybe I forget one.

Just go to the download center, download and compare with your project.

BTW: The project contains the latest versions of fxscrpt's EarlyStarter and Galapo's MMC

Here a question to Galapo. What is the sence of
If,EXISTVAR,%WimPackExclude%,%WimPackExclude%,//MMC#$sexclusion#$sfile#$slist,MMCExcludeList.txt
?

If,EXISTVAR,%WimPackExclude%,%WimPackExclude%,//MMC#$sexclusion#$sfile#$slist,MMCExcludeList.txt

It adds a comment line to the generated exclusion file so that if opening the exclusion file list you can see what has generated the list. Such a line is of course optional and there purely for reference purposes rather than functionality.

Regards,
Galapo.

Interesting coding technique! :good:

Peter, is this the right time to create a NativeEx section here at boot-land and avoid additional off-topic talks? ^_^

What do you think, why I since a while use the same starting text and similar titles? ^_^

Again there are some changes running. Currently I'm working with Lancelot to handle the x86 / x64 issues.

Therefore I often publish new versions of several scripts.

Please remember: nativeEx is an experimental project showing the latest functionality of Winbuilder.

And currently, we are in a test phase, which may change the project from hour to hour.

@Lancelot: The latest agreements from today morning are not yet implemented. Maybe late tonight, maybe tomorrow.

Peter
