Hi,

Yesterday was the first day running full 24 hours.

We hit a record in terms of page views reaching ~13400 daily views from ~5600 unique visitors.

There was also a slurp visit from some web crawler two days ago that raised the forum usage to ~1000 simultaneous guests but I didn't see it slowing down.

Has the forum outputted any error message or become slower to respond?

:)

I will be working on boot-land.net cache so it might cause some error 500 a few times but this is part of the testing process and refreshing the page after a few seconds should be enough to bring it back online.

So far, I've also cleaned up a lot of folders and obsolete code so the forums should start quicker but there are still a few more things left to try out.

:)

I've tried to fix aerostudio site but it will require further intervention from the website owner. Will get in contact with him.

Everything working great!!! Except for the image links and sub-domain issues mentioned here, which I know are being worked on, the site feels like an AMC to Ferrari upgrade! Thank you 1000x over for this truly awesome improvement! As I have said before, I know we're in good hands

Stumbled across another few dead domains.
picoxp.boot-land.net
shared.winbuilder.net

mobileos.boot-land.net is up and running but holds no contents. Is this right?

Was shared.winbuilder.net being used for anything important?

mobileos.boot-land.net is also available but file listing is disabled by default to keep subdomains safe from senseless bot harvesting.

About picoxp.boot-land.net will see what can be done.

I( asked for it. It has been thought for members to 'upload once' w/o an own domain, if they have files bigger than 5 MB.

But it is not used yet.

So you can recycle the domain.

Are you sure? It was used in downloadEx and did hold tons of app scripts if memory serves right.

@Nuno
mobileOS was like picoxp too a Wb project server. But not really sure, only relaying error messages from my DonwloadEx here.

I played with downloadEx, but it never became a 'product' because of missing interest.

Last time I looked at downloadEx is month ago.

Interesting:
Just today morning, when I again have been confrontated with the huge predefined LiveXP recommended project including tweaks and wallpapers I (and maybe some other users) do not need, I thought about to reanimate downloadEx with only one fixed new functionality:

I reflected to let steel nativeEx_barebone ('certified') scripts from other projects and let become the result a 'nativeEx_personal'.

But for that the 'shared' domain is not necessary and can be recycled, as already mentioned.

I'm proud to hear that!

Why didn't you write enthusiastic fan-mails every week? ;)

Seriously: Make a suggestion which of the old functionality (and storage) you still need.

I use it to roam our projects and see what's new. I can't remember now, if DownloadEx can differ between old and new files without actually having them downloaded. If so, best feature! If not, i would love to see it.

Next best feature is the ability to download to a different project and fix the level.

If shared.winbuilder.net is killed now, could you release a version which does not require that entry?

On a more general note, i would really love it, if your programs would open centered on my screen and not always being half off the screen.
A really annoying trademark!

I second all of the above! The biggest drawback for me when trying this in the past was the dedicated server limitation, if something like this could be 'tweakable' for use with say, //livexp.boot-land.net/ and could be used for checking current versions/updating as necessary scripts in a given project; this would be a great service!!
