I was just trying to "slipstream" (really to integrate) my "install.wim" with Vista SP1 and I had some problems with "imagex.exe" present in the last release of AIK, maybe the issue was WAIK-related

Just to give you a heads up on the fact that MS has re-posted the 2.1 WAIK today. Not sure what the changes are - downloading it now.
I just downlaoded the new version (german version).
The only difference I found is that the DVD image now contains additional UDF TOC, the change date of all files are equal. Therefore it looks like no changes to files has been applied.
