I have been searching and testing for weeks trying to get WinBuilder's LiveXP to boot fromflashdrive. I was wondering if anyone has a set of working instructions or can guide me to a set? It would be much appreciacted, thank you!

If there is no other solution, see if the following can serve your purpose:
For making WinPE/LiveXP to boot up to run in ram, you may find the answer at:

For making usb drive to boot grldr, follow the steps below:
1. use da at www.disklessangel.com to partition and format it into FAT16/32;
2. disconnect and reconnect the usb key or thumb drive;
3. after reconnection, use grubinst to install grldr.mbr; and
4. copy grldr or your boot file specified under grubinst to the root of your usb key or thumb drive partition
If you do not need to boot into dos, you can even convert your partition into (compressed) NTFS for use by:
5. after 1 & 2 about, under xp dos windows, run:
convert [volume] /FS:NTFS
6. for compression, open Windows Explorer and enable compression as appropriate under Properties Tab.
