Nice find. But it looks more like Windows 98. At first, before I read the topic, I thought you were mistakenly referring to Windows 3.1 as Windows 93. I know you can get 3.1 to 95 running in DOSBox (not sure about 98, never tried). I would really love to get 95 natively booting from a real partition on my drive, instead of in a VM, so I can run really old games and DOS stuff, but I think having GPT partitions would make this difficult if not impossible without a hybrid MBR. And then there's the UEFI vs BIOS/MBR thing. Possible?

Love the Ascii Star Wars. They put some effort on the interactive part for the shortcuts on the desktop.

OT, but not much, Archive.org has just released a number of Windows 3.x apps/games that can be (besides downloaded) be "played" in online DosBox VM:
