For those who remember BadBIOS, it seems that the advertisement and business in general didn't took long to communicate between different devices using ultra-sonic frequencies.

Imagine a web advertisement talking directly from the web browser on your laptop to the smartphone on your pocket and exchange information about whatever they decide. Doesn't this sound fun? :)

How about an app to counter-detect these things?

It slightly reminds me of a certain TwitchAlert from twitch.tv. Basically this type of alert would sound when someone made a donation. For any donation made there is an accompanying message. This particular alert features a text to speech program which would display the message on the screen in an overlay and then read it aloud to the audience. If the broadcaster were streaming from an Xbox One (under certain configurations) the donator could then input XBox voice commands into their donation message. The software would read the commands and then the Xbox would respond in kind. :)

For example: Xbox turn off
