Thanks to this community I have a tftpd32 system setup that is used on a daily basis!

Recently I have had added to the estate a bunch of machines that have gPXE instead of the regular intel PXE boot. I understand the benefits of this new gPXE, but I need to be able to serve my WinPE image to this device as I do for all my other devices.

My Current setup is Tftpd32 running on Windows XP delivering a customized WinPE 3.0. I boot my wim with PXEBOOT.n12. I also make Tftpd32 act as the DHCP server.

Everytime i try and boot the gPXE it never resolves an address let alone start the transfer of the images and i am a little stumped on what i need to change.

I did read somewhere i needed to add ;

AddOptionNumber1=066
AddOptionValue1=10.***.***.***
AddOptionNumber2=67
AddOptionValue2=boot\pxeboot.n12

to my tftpd32.ini (with the ip pointing to the tftpd32 server) but this didn't help at all.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this please?

Many thanks!

and as soon as I post it, i think i found the issue in the case of a Router responding to the DHCP request before tftpd32 could even think :P
