It is not more possible to add emoticons (no button / tab / ??? to get the selection) to a post.
When editing a post, html commands are included.

Yesterday we started using a CDN platform (http://en.wikipedia....elivery_network) and some dust from this change still needs to be solved.
Emoticons system is based on javascript and one of the CDN optimizations broke this functionality. I disabled javascript compression it seems to be working as intended now.
