- To get a USB-Stick or -drive bootable, it needs to be prepared in a certain way. It is not bootable out of the box.
- One can not simply copy OS files from place A to place B and expect it to work.
Start off by building a LiveXP that runs successfully in a virtual machine. If you have trouble with that, Amalux is your best chance of help.
Once you have a LiveXP that's known to work, you can move on to step two, getting it on a USB-Stick or -drive.
Don't try to do too much at once. Slow and steady wins the race!

Yes, in project folder after build has finished. Archive it (zip, rar) and upload to any free service like http://www.mediafire.com/ and post the link here.log from winbuilder when it has finished compiling. ?
The txtsetup.sif missing could be caused by not allocating enough memory in your VM (or any number of other reasons having nothing to do with your image).. Is it possible to just burn the ISO to CD and try on a real machine?

2) Please DO NOT attempt to boot from external USB (flash) drive until you have successful ISO booting from CD or VM (see 4 below).
3) Please confirm you are using unmodified (no nLite or other), full (retail), not OEM (supplied with PC) source for Winbuilder to use.
4) Please confirm that you have at least 512MB memory allocated in your VM and that you can successfully boot other PE boot disks in this VM.
5) In your log, it shows "D:\sourcewinxp\litlesource\LXC.102011\" as your base directory, this is problematic; your base folder should be at the root of the drive e.g. "D:\LXC.102011\".
I don't understand what this means, it is booting or it isn't? Problem with drivers? (see 4 above)I tried project LXC.102011 now its is booting in VM problem with drivers!
(See 2 above)Which files i need to copied to flash to boot it. mybe i need software other to do it. ?
Hmmm, so last build is now booting in VM? Seems contradictory but maybe I misunderstand, possibly a language issue..My log files from last build who is now booting in VMachine:
I changed ram size also error i think file livexp is corupt or wrong compiled. << this is not last project

Using minimal windows xp from wiinbuilder it self ?1) May I suggest using the smaller project for testing until you work out these issues.
I have successful ISO booting in VM.2) Please DO NOT attempt to boot from external USB (flash) drive until you have successful ISO booting from CD or VM (see 4 below).
Yes I am using unmodified not OEM version windows xp with sp33) Please confirm you are using unmodified (no nLite or other), full (retail), not OEM (supplied with PC) source for Winbuilder to use.
Yes I allocated 512 in VM and successful booting.4) Please confirm that you have at least 512MB memory allocated in your VM and that you can successfully boot other PE boot disks in this VM.
root of HDD or root of flash ?5) In your log, it shows "D:\sourcewinxp\litlesource\LXC.102011\" as your base directory, this is problematic; your base folder should be at the root of the drive e.g. "D:\LXC.102011\".
I compilde in one computer but tried to other mybe this is couse of driver problem. ?I don't understand what this means, it is booting or it isn't? Problem with drivers? (see 4 above)
(See 2 above)
Yes last works ok but only driver problems[becouse other computer]my aneglish is not very well mybe misunderstood.Hmmm, so last build is now booting in VM? Seems contradictory but maybe I misunderstand, possibly a language issue..

No, using LX http://www.mediafire...ajsvncca4dyza9a instead of LXC (Complete) project.Using minimal windows xp from wiinbuilder it self ?
VM only? Can you boot on real hardware (burned to CD)?I have successful ISO booting in VM.
OK, good.Yes I am using unmodified not OEM version windows xp with sp3
There seems to be nothing wrong with your build, is it only external flash boot that is your issue? If so, I can help you but please confirm ISO boots from CD on real hardware first.Yes I allocated 512 in VM and successful booting.
Root of HDD for building your project. Once you have a known working ISO that can be burned to CD and booted on real hardware, I will tell you how to move the ISO to an external drive.root of HDD or root of flash ?
It's important we keep issues seperate, answer the questions above and hopefully we can move to the next stepI compilde in one computer but tried to other mybe this is couse of driver problem. ?
What exactly is driver problem? Be as specific as possible, only occurs on certain hardware; only in VM or only with hardware or both; EXACT error message you receive.Yes last works ok but only driver problems[becouse other computer]my aneglish is not very well mybe misunderstood.
Please confirm above before we go to next stepWhat I should do next cipie ISO files to flash ? Or something individually copied or program use. ?

Let me know which program you need, I'll try to find you a script or portable.
As for booting ISO from flash, take a look here http://reboot.pro/4111/ under section 'Mini-Tutorial: Booting PE from Hard Drive or USB Flash Drive.' and ask if you have any questions

Try the DriverImport -> System option, if it improves we can probably automate it. Video is probably never going to be 100% as good as in full OS but usually you can get it 'good enough' on most machines.video card driver not working well browsing net through opera page are not smooth moving

Well, I found (link removed) which works alright in LiveXP. All the others I've tried are too big and bloated to work well in PE; there is http://inkscape.org/download/?lang=en and the portable tests good in PE as wellwhat should I add to ubuntu grub menu /boot/grub/grub.cfg to load windows xp live flash, thank you!? 8)

I'm not sure what you want, you can add ubuntu to your menu.lst with something like:what should I add to ubuntu grub menu /boot/grub/grub.cfg to load windows xp live flash, thank you!? 8)
title Ubuntu LiveCD find --set-root /xpe/ubuntu.iso map /xpe/ubuntu.iso (0xff) map --hook root (0xff) kernel /casper/vmlinuz file=/cdrom/preseed/ubuntu.seed boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/xpe/ubuntu.iso quiet splash -- initrd /casper/initrd.lzhttp://reboot.pro/13104/
I'm not sure about the other way around, you should post a question in the appropriate forum; I'm sure others will know more/better how to do what you want
As for adding any portable program to PE, there is full explanation given in tutorial http://reboot.pro/4111/ under section Adding Portable Apps to Your LiveXP, W7PEX and Win7PE_SE - Let me know if you have question.
@Wonko
Probably the latter, I didn't research the program; just did a search for portable. I'll remove the link just in case
