Which GUI Library did PowerQuest use for DOS?

Does anyone have any clue what GUI library PowerQuest used for their DriveImage and PartitionMagic products' DOS versions? The windows resembled Microsoft Windows 9X windows. They seemed quite pleasant to look at.

By running one of the programs and examining memory, it appears that it might have been the Zinc Application Framework. Sorry to waste your time!

Not a waste of time, I actually learned something new.
