Hi all
I have my Win7PE that I have created and now I want to allow support people to create their own bootable USB from my source.
So far I have found I can just start winbuilder and run the Copy to USB-Device script, but I was wondering if there is away to just have that script only, and the rest is all hidden from the people who will just need to create their own USB devices.
or is there something else that can easily create it for them

I can't think off hand how the rest (of Winbuilder) could be hidden but you don't need Winbuilder to setup the USB or copy the files; any good disk image tool should work or you could setup a batch to reproduce what the script does without Winbuilder involved. Tools like Make_USB will automate the process as well, just select your ISO and it does the rest for you. I'm sure there are many ways to do this.

Yep, I subscribe to Amalux's comment.
Albeit possible, it would involve way too much effort on your side to get this done and wouldn't really be an efficient solution in the end.
You can create a wrapper that automates all the steps inside the script without need for winbuilder.

Im guessing the same sort of commands can be run, like how it runs the tool to format the memory stick etc

RMPrepUSB can be used to save an image of your USB stick and then you can send an SFX containing RMPrepUSB + an ini file + your payload image to your colleagues.
When they run RMPrepUSB it will prompt them to choose an image (the menu can have one or more items) and then tells them to just click on the Prepare Drive button.
Or instead of an image, you can provide the payload in the form of flat files and RMPrepUSB will automatically format the USB drive and copy over the files.
I can detail the steps for you if you like.

While RMPrepUSB can do the job well for a complex setup, If I read the initial thread right, it isn't clear if you have a single ISO file (that you also have on a Flash drive) or if it is more complex. So, If it is just an ISO as well (that you have tested in the VM's provided) and you are also able to copy that to a USB Flash, you have other alternatives as well.I like Unetbootin or you can use any of the many others you can find on google with "iso to usb".
You could also make a NEW WinBuilder project if you wanted to use it as the scripting language, but for something this simple, I agree it would be overkill.
