This script adds Hiren's Boot CD to the PE being build. It can provide access to *just* the windows tools -OR- also add the DOS and other stand-alone tools to the 'Other OS' boot menu (if using a bott manager such as grub4dos or isolinux). As of version Hiren's version 14, the HBCD also includes a version of Parted Magic as it's Linux Recovery option. This is listed as a separate option since it may be added here or by it's own 'Other OS' script.

i think that better way is mount hiren's iso when Pe start up then create HBCD menu shortcut in destop

Yes, this could be done, but end result is basically the same...and this provides means to remove parts of you you don't want/need

I think that a better way is to not use WAREZ, nor support them.

Yes, of course...One reason why we don't just copy/mount the ISO...this script removes (AFAIK) the parts that are WAREZ (like the version of XP, etc.)...If there are other parts that are WAREZ, let me know and I'll make sure they are also "removed" by the script.

So, basically you make a user to have temporarily on his/her PC non-redistributable files, gathered from an unauthorized redistribution, then you automagically delete the parts that you think are to be deleted? :unsure:

Do you also delete the original .iso or modify it, removing from it the "objectionable" items? :dubbio:

Maybe you should advertise the script as "HBCD ruiner", this way you take most of the "fun" out of the thingy. :ph34r:

It is basically an "OtherOS" script that can be included into a WinBuilder Project. It is included in the Win7PE_SE project, and could be adapted to work in other projects. If you aren't familiar with them, browse the forum, and go to the Win7PE area to read up more...Then, if you still are stuck, open up a new posting to ask questions.
