Try this:

Download multiPE from the forum's download area.

Easyest is when you use an XP CD

First step, to see whether everything is ok: Just define your source XP CD and build the project. It should run into qEmu.
Agree to license questions etc.

Second step: your special requirements: Navigate in the project tree to the below mentioned scripts and do what described:
  • Add Core Apps > Accessibility > hostAud
Add Core Apps > Net > hostNic
These scripts cause that in the PE the drivers of the host PC are installed.
  • PEFactory > PEFactory: Select "Target Result" to "Create USB Flash drive"
  • In the first build only: PEFactory > Config > 6-Create Image > Create USB Flash Drive: Click "Search Removable Drives" and choose your USB stick.
  • Build the project, and (after a minute) in PEFactory make sure that the mentioned USB drive is the one you want to format / build.
Boot your system from the just generated USB drive.

If you do not have a XP CD, it is a bit more complicated. Ask then.

Yes, I have an XP CD but want to know how can I install a Windows PE enviroment created with WAIK and how can I integrate some drivers after the boot, and how can I enable another gui (Explorer). To integrate the drivers I can use Drive Import PE but the old free version does not work with the winPE build from these new WAIK dvds that use Win7 and Windows Vista

I would look at either the project Peter mentioned (MultiPE) or at the WIn7PE_SE project (I know it better)...In it, there is a script that uses DPInst...See this link for more information - http://msdn.microsof...y/ff544842.aspx ) It is a way to load drivers after the boot...since you siad you used WAIK to build the PE, I'm guessing your not a NOOB, and already know about DISM, but that loads them during the boot.

As for changing the GIU, that gets more complicated, which is why a lot of this entire forum exists! Again, the projects that use WINBUILDER use the stuff from either the WAIK or an installation CD to build a PE, and they usually support explorer and other GUI's...Again, best to give them a try...Even if you don't use the PE they create, you can pick up some good tips on the other files and registry entries you need to add.

This script works similar to Dipe AE for PE 3x, you can import drivers (unpacked) from any directory; autorun or from desktop.
