Hello,
The site seems to be offline Mikorist..
I closed domain because Canonical owns a number of trademarks and these include KUBUNTU name and i want to
to obtain permission to use the Ubuntu trademark in advance. We want to have the non-profit
group that want to use Kubuntu for open-source community purposes in Serbia -and plan to set up
domain (kubuntu.rs) with their permission legally to have forum and support for KDE and Kubuntu in Serbian language.
and without this - we must to ask permission - and that domain has a part of any string + "ubuntu" we must to ask for permission
"If you plan to set up your own site, please contact trademarks@ubuntulinux.org" before registering a domain.
Linux is freedom - but Ubuntu has a Trademark

Yes, even "linux" itself has a trademark.
In fact it's ironic. The first operative system released by Microsoft was a licensed version of Unix and they were also not allowed to simply call it "MS Unix" due to trademarks. Thus the reason why they come up with "xenix" instead.
It's always a complicated matter, hope you get the permission soon enough.
