Is there a way to change the default user in WinPE? Or to create a custom user?

Which user are you using currently in your PE?

Is it a PE 1.x, 2.x or 3.x?

No, I believe the current user is "System", i.e. there is NO user in a PE, that's the point, AFAIK, you cannot change something that isn't there .

You can have a other User ex: Administrator (And Theme Service work), if only Scheduler Task Service is Start
I believe the current user is System also

some policy files and wbem files doesn't let user change. i don't know exact files but need to delete. wininit.mof,winlogon.mof. and such policy files connection with logon process. if there is anybody know to edit mof(there is editing software in wbem folder i think) and policy files maybe we can use shutdown button too.
