What problem you're still facing after looking through Shirin Zaban's AeroStudio Tutorials and Grub4DOS Menu examples in MultiBoot in AeroStudio thread?

you can extract xp files from iso file to cd root

and use this command by aero

grub4dos ls /I386/SETUPLDR.BIN || find --set-root /I386/SETUPLDR.BIN; chainloader /I386/SETUPLDR.BIN

boot

copy it and past in to you xp button command

note aero cant load any windos iso file
