Greetings everyone,
I've trusted UNetBootin to writing small image files to my usb thumb drives, although, I realized at one point that I was going to need a large disk. I just so happened to have an external IDE drive enclosure with an 80GB IDE drive inside of it, so I hooked it up to my Windows 7 Home Premium x64 laptop, and erased it. Unetbootin, for whatever reason, will not detect this drive and offer the option of writing to it. I find that rather odd, seeing as how it still offers to write to my system drive, which seems even less feasible to write to.
Does anyone know why it won't detect this external, USB drive? Even specifying it in the command line arguments will not work.
UNetbootin can't detect my external hard drive
