Well, first time that I’m nominated judge for a software award. SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association) has been nice enough to allow me performing such role.
Apart from this kind of task being something new to try out, there are some parts where I’m quite at ease in performing such as digging information through the Internet to evaluate different factors behind a software product and company. I’m not allowed to give details about what is going to be evaluated but it is an interesting topic and I’m quite sure that a lot can be learned.
