I received my IsoStick yesterday. I inserted a SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSDXC (SDSDQU-064G-AFFP-A) that was formatted to 59.9GB using guiformat.exe (A GUI version of fat32Format.exe from Ridgecrop) as suggested elsewhere on this forum. I created five ISOs put them on the IsoStick, configured iso_filename.txt to one ISO, and tried it on my Laptop. It worked perfectly.
I then added lots more ISOs and various other files I need totalling 50GB. I tried it again on my Laptop but this time got a Sector Error report. Subsequent tries resulted in the Laptop freezing up on boot but I did not see the Sector Error report again. I removed the IsoStick and booted Windows 7 64bit on the Laptop. I tried several times inserting the IsoStick but Windows Explorer would not recognise it most of the time. The Laptop would also not always shut down with the IsoStick inserted.
I tried the IsoStick again on my Desktop, running Windows 7 64bit , where I had loaded it with no problems, and although it was eventually recognised in Windows Explorer it was very slow to access it and Explorer occasionally froze up trying to do so.
Subsequently, I've tried the IsoStick in two other computers, having configured the BIOS, and they have just ignored it and booted straight into the OS.
Do you think my IsoStick is faulty or is it something I have done?
