Unfortunately, this is not new.
To trigger the message the (minimal) necessary conditions are:
_ IE web browser;
_ Avast antivirus;
_ "first" visit to reboot.pro.
Using a "cleaning" tool such as CCleaner on Internet Explorer, you can erase all traces of prior visits to reboot.pro, including passwords, history... Then the next visit to the main page of reboot.pro using IE would trigger again the message from Avast. Next visits won't trigger the same alert message, until "cleaning" again all traces in IE.
I don't know whether specific versions/settings of Windows, different versions/settings of IE, or specific settings in Avast, are needed so to trigger the message.
Additionally, those that _can_ see the message may not be the only ones affected. The fact that someone uses a different web browser or a different antivirus and is not seeing the message doesn't mean that the system is not affected as much (or worse) as those visitors than can see it.
The problem was already reported (in detail) to Nuno before. Eventually (after several months) he finally somehow blocked whatever was triggering the problem, but then something changed (perhaps some update in the forum software, or in the server, or...) and the problem showed up again, and it was also reported again. Since then (several months ago), nobody seems to care enough to actually do something.
[sarcasm]
After all, the message is only seen with IE on "first" visit, which is not the typical profile of frequent reboot.pro signed-in users, so scr*w those other visitors.
