I presume that winbuilder.net is intended to only redirect to reboot.pro/forum/22/, but the download links for the projects (on that page) don't actually download. They redirect to/open a brand-new tab, pointing to the same page. This behavior occurs in IE 8+FF 3.6.20. I saw the Download tab at the top of the page, so this is just a minor detail.
Just thought someone might like to know....
